No matter what happens during the days, months and years in between, to see people acknowledging God and giving him a foothold in their lives. Some coming for the first time, others coming back after months and years. I am inspired more than ever to CONNECT with those people and connect them to the heart of God. Easter inspires us in so many ways, but this year I was especially moved in seeing the hearts and minds of so many who come to the House of God on that day. Even having known God for most of my life, I am still stopped in my tracks when He calls out. It is so touching to know that even though He knows me, it isn't enough. Remembering that Mary Magdalene had been a "fallen woman" and then became one of Jesus' closest friends -that is just so profound. God always uses this pulpit to speak into our lives - what a huge blessing! We had a lovely early morning Easter sunrise service on a local hill top which was great.
