About Me

Recovering from Alcoholism

I grew up in a small, rural town. When I was seven-years-old, my dad began pastoring an evangelical church in my hometown. I immediately became good friends with a cute, brown-haired boy. I always enjoyed playing with him. Our families even went on trips to the mountains together. Sadly, this special friend became an alcoholic when we were teenagers. He struggled to stay sober and hold down a job for many years. Thankfully, he has been alcohol free for the last couple of years. He finally got the help he needed to turn his life around. On this blog, I hope you will be inspired to seek the help of a counselor for your alcohol problem.
